Types of Staging

At Amstel Design we offer a 60 day staging contract to ensure your property stands out in the market. This gives enough time to receive multiple offers, negotiate terms, get the appraisal & have all contingencies removed. Our staging fee is all inclusive and hassle free. Staged homes typically sell for 10% more and up to 88% faster than non-staged homes.

Our packages include:

  • Walk-through of the space to assess the staging needs.
  • Delivery, setup, and design of all staging items.
  • Removal of staging items before the listing closes or after the contract ends

BASIC STAGING PACKAGE - Fully Vacant Staging

The property is empty, furnishings have been completely moved out & no one is living on the property.

You will receive a quote for the standard focal rooms; living room, dining area, kitchen, & primary. Additional areas can be requested.

Our quote includes a walk-through of your space, delivery, set up, design and removal of all staging items.

STAGING + STYLING - Vacant Blended Staging

Most of the accessories have been removed from the home & no one is living on the property, but there is some usable furniture left behind to stage with.

Our team will need to schedule a time to preview the home along with the existing furniture. Our staging experts will provide a list of furniture pieces we feel we could work with and what we suggest being removed.

Our quote includes a walk-through of your space, delivery, set up, design and removal of all staging items.

STYLING + LIGHT STAGING PACKAGE - Occupied

There is existing furniture and/or property is occupied by sellers.

All occupied stages require a preview with homeowner before a quote can be given. This allows us to assess the space and tailor our staging recommendations to your specific needs.

We provide a list of items to remove before staging, tailored to your home's layout and style. The homeowner may choose to complete all of the recommendations or just a portion of them, depending on their preference and budget.

We bring in all the necessary art, furniture, & decor to create a look buyers will love while the seller is able to stay living in the home.
